Return Window:
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unopened and in their original packaging
- In resalable condition
Non-Returnable Items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following items:
- Opened body butters, scrubs, or oils for hygiene reasons
- Gift cards or promotional items
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact us at Malbodyandbeauty@gmail.com within the return window. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
- Please ensure that the return package is securely sealed and includes your original packing slip.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Lost Packages:
We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50.
